Cleaning

Each property has specific cleaning requirements and we understand how to modify your cleaning and laundry services to fit budget, time and quality requirements. Some clients require an ad hoc freshening of their properties, others require a post-rental deep clean. Be it once a year or once a week, we can ensure the best of experiences and – most importantly – a sparkling home.

24H Call Service

At Gem Estates we understand that no one can foresee all eventualities. Therefore, in the case of an emergency we provide clients with a 24-hour contact number that can be accessed 365 days a year. Just a little extra to provide our clients with total peace of mind.
